What Causes Blurred Vision In The Morning Time After Waking Up?

My boyfriend is 27, 6ft and weighs about 175. He has had many concussion do to riding BMX he has recently stopped and the last time he hit his head was in June. He has been waking up with blurred vision, cant seem to stay awake when not doing something, and recently has started having a bloody nose sometimes 2-3 times a day. At times he dont feel like eating even though he has hardly ate all day and feels bad.

MRI is to be done first. neurologist is to be consulted with MRI With all examination proper diagnosis can be done . vision and fundus examination is to be done Now diagnosis can be done proper treat ment can be given.
