What Causes Blurred Vision Post A Cataract Surgery?

i am 20 now.when i was 3 ,i had catract surgery in my right eye.after that i got blurred
Vision problems
vision in my right eye.upto age 14,my eyes were straight,but after that my right eye turned out wards for far objects,and inwards for near objects .my left eye has power -2d,when i wear glasses,some how my eyes look straight upto 2 meters.now a days my right eye ball has started turning slightly down wards.the strange thing is that when i increase the power of my left eye,my right eye turns inwards.also i had ratinal detachment operation at age 17.will it be possible to make my eyes look straight.

getting cataract at this age can only be conginital or traumatic. You are having amblyopia. you are having squint and best vision is accepted as per new projection. without it you will have diplopia. By surgery your eye can be straighten, but it will be only cosmetic.
