What Causes Blurred Vision With Headaches?

my sister is worried because she has like bad headaches off and on and her vision sometimes gets blurry also she is having runny poop for 5 days she thinks somethings wrong can you tell me? and she had like a head injury when she was like 16 months old and she is worried about the headaches so she is concerned with that to

Hello dear,

If your sister would have presented to me as an outpatient with this medical history,I would have given the following clinical explanation- Most common cause for the episodic headache with blurring of vision is migraine from the epidemiological point of view.Other classical features of migraine headache are-throbbing(pulse like)headache,nausea,visual aura,photophobia(headache increase in severity on exposure to bright light) and phonophobia(headache increase in severity on exposure to sound).Please observe if some of these features are present in your case.If yes,please consult your physician to start you on a trial of anti-migraine therapy.Old head injury is probably not causing these episodic headache episodes.Running poop now,is unrelated.I hope it helps.
