What Causes Blurred Vision?

Hi Dr. Andrew,I am having some issues with my vision.I noticed that while I am watching TV , anything which is scrolling, looks quite hazy even if it is quite slow in movement. Same is with videos as well where body movement becomes hazy.I have gone through some detailed eye checkup but no conclusion. Could you please suggest what kind if problem this is? itcan be refractive error like astigmatism.can be computer vision syndrome.constant watching perpendicularity dry eye leading to corneal erosion. decrease of viewing TV or computer.inbetween walk around in room and look outside to greenery from window.
