What Causes Blurred Vision?

I am a 68 year old male, nearsighted all my life. Over the past week or two I have become farsighted, to the point where the computer monitor is blurry, my eyeglasses give me blurry vision, and my distant vision without my eyeglasses is extremely sharp. What could be going on?

Hello,

You were myopic with body growth myopia is improving. Refraction should be done get examined by an eye doctor and present refractive status can be found out. The corrective measure can be taken accordingly exclude astigmatism correct glass according to requirement can be taken. Exclude diabetes and hypertension. Fundus examination should be done exclude glaucoma. Field tracing should be done. So many changes without growth or glaucoma are not possible. Proper examination by an eye doctor is to be carried out.
