What Causes Blurred Vision?

Hello,
So yesterday I started having a really blurry vision, it's like a white cloud on my right eye, I've been to a doctor and they still don't know what's going on with me! I could only see 10% of what I'm supposed to see. I'm going to study abroad and I've got a scholarship so I really need this to be treated! Help!

Note: English is not my first language but I hope you understood my point.

It seems from the history that you are having sudden onset of blurring of vision.
This is usually seen in retinal vascular problems like central serous retinopathy, retinal artery and vein occlusions.
This requires evaluation by a ophthalmologist by indirect ophthalmoscopy to look for the retinal diseases.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.
