hey im going to expain what is going on with me and see if maybe you can tell me what could be cause this... I always feel lightheaded kinda like there is a cloud blocking my mind im always tired no matter how much sleep i get my eyes burr i kinda feel like im not really here its hard to think quickly and my joints always hurt

your problem is neurological. you have not given your age or any relavant history of other diseases. you have to exclude dibetes and hypertension. you are having lethergy. blood sugar is to be tested. second probability is migraine.
