What Causes Body Ache And Severe Fatigue?

My whole body aches and am constantly tired, I m a 68 yr old man with COPD, and am currently on oxygen, PTSD (from Vienam war) I take pravastatin for cholesterol,,metformin for diabetes, fluoxetine,metoprolol, losartan,omeprazole, meloxicam,mirtazapine and am currently taking fish oil and iron supplements. I have had surgery in past for c4-c5 and L4-L5 disc replacement. I m just tired of feeling this way.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Medicine can be cutdown according to your present clinical conditions, it is better to have less medicines if the diabetes can control with single molecule then it need to be tried first, in my opinion exercise would be best it is most advisable to try it, and stay away from the stress, psychological factors could cause the muscular pain and fatigue, try to come out of this.
