Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

1. Autoimmune, such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus.
2. Chronic kidney disease
3. Infections such as HIV/AIDS, shingles, hepatitis C
4. Low levels of vitamin B1, B6, B12, or other vitamins
5. Metabolic disease.
6. Poisoning due to heavy metals, such as lead.
7. Poor blood flow to the legs.
8. Underactive thyroid gland.
9. Bone marrow disorders.
10.Tumors.
11. Certain inherited disorder.

Neuropathy all over the body is rare unless your suffering from symmetrical polyneuropathy. Neuropathy affecting just one nerve is called "mononeuropathy" and neuropathy involving multiple nerves in roughly the same areas on both sides of the body is called "symmetrical polyneuropathy" or simply "polyneuropathy".
So you have to get it to be examined for polyneuropathy that causing systemic disease. Body pain also may be due to viral Fever or myalgia, until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use tablet Pregabalin once daily for five days. use tablet Tryptomer once day for five days.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
