hi I am a 49 year old male don t smoke or do drugs I work it started about 3 years ago body cramps its just getting worse I cant walk legs will cramp up if I use my arms they will start cramp up and now I think my back muscles are trying to cramp up and when they do its very painful

The possibilities are neuropathic pain and peripheral vascular disease. Consult a physician and get evaluated. You have to get a vascular Doppler to look for vascular causes.
