What Causes Body Not To Feel The Heat Of Water?

Hi, I am having a hard time finding stuff regarding this online. When I take a hot shower it feels cold to the touch with every part of my body except my feet. I can feel the hot water on my feet but to my body it all feels cold. This has been going on for 2 days now and at first I was convinced the hot water was out and I was manifesting the feeling of warmth onto my feet but the hot water is not out and I just can t feel the heat on my body and arms. Any ideas? It s kinda freaking me out
