Hi My name is Levi and i'm 21 years old. I just had food poisoning since yesterday. I had nausea, diarrhea. I also felt like vomiting but never did. I'm not even sure if it's food poisoning or not but anyways. When I woke up this morning, I had massive pain on my shoulders and neck. I woke up just about once every 2 hours from sleep because of the pain. Now, everytime I move my arm it hurts so bad. I'm so tired now but can't even go to bed and having hard time sitting still. So my question is, Am I having a food poisoning? if it is, Is it normal to have pain on my body while having food poisoning? Also how can I cure the pain on my neck and shoulders? Please help me...
