good morning.well doc i urinate almost as soon as i drink fluids and have body pains after i urinate all over. not sure what is going but i know it's something. can you give me a suggestion? do i need to go see a doctor immediately? i have had this problem for about 4 years and i'm worried

surely you need evaluation by a urologist. get Urine routine, ultrasound KUB with PVR, PSA. also keep bladder diary to note frequency volume. How is your flow and how many times you get up at night.
