What Causes Body Pain And Chronic Diarrhea While On Finasteride?

i have been using finasteride for years for bhp & hair fall but after use together with biotin 1,000 mg i had bad side efects & stop taking both but when itake now only finasteride i have pain & strong diarrea i think i need to take finasteride for the bhp what can i do to avoid pain & diarrea

Diarrhea is not a side effect of Finasteride. Besides you are taking it since years, so now there is no possibility of having side effects like diarrhea after using it for such a long duration.

In your case possible reason could be intestinal spastic and progressive contraction which is causing abdominal pain and diarrhea. As you have no fever, infective cause is rule out. Just have probiotics and ORS (WHO approved) and diarrhea will be gone.
