What Causes Body Pain, Headache And Throat Pain After Foreplay?

me and my partner(we are not together) kissed and cuddled each other naked for first time and we had some foreplay(nothing related to oral sex). the next day he developed severe body pain,headache,cold,fever,shiver & throat pain. in one day they went after medication and only cold persists. the very next day i had all the above symptoms and after taking pills am left now only with the cold. what would be the reason? anything serious?

Thank you for query.As you did not have any intercourse as per your descriptions you need not worry at all about HIV or STDs.there are always possibility of respiratory infections transmission like FLU or Upper respiratory tract infections between two as there was close respiratory contact between two or even by kiss.so these are simple infections and do not worry about it they will subside with medications.You can get back for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist.
