What Causes Body Pains With Diarrhea?

hi I'm 26yrs old married lady,10days back i got sudden fever,body pains,menstrual bleeding & diarrhea,had fever for 5 days & still bleeding & diarrhea,if i eat anything i hav diarrhea.i hav severe bitter taste & dislike food,Need medical attention immediately Or can i survive for another 2 weeks untill i get my salary

Hello,

You may be developed viral gastroenteritis with viral fever with possible menstruation. The menstrual bleeding may be due to thrombocytopenia (viral fever-induced), infectious diarrhea with enteroinvasive E.coli with thrombocytopenia with bleeding. Other possibilities like endometriosis or polyps may be the cause.

Use tablet paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Take tablet sporulac thrice a day for five days. Take tablet Zenflox Oz twice a day for five days. Drink plenty of liquids. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
