What Causes Body Tremors And Cold Sensation In The Chest And Throat?

15yo male in good physical shape. Has history of depression and placed on Celexa 20mg daily 3days ago. Went to bed and woke up 3hrs later complaining of shakiness to all 4extremities and a warm and cold sensation in chest and throat. No complaints of SOB, pain, or swelling. Gave hill 1 benadryl and some sprite. States he is afraid to go to sleep because he s afraid he will die in his sleep.

Hi,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to elevated body temperature which can be relieved by Ibuprofen tablets every eight hours. If there is no improvement then please get a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile to exclude thyroid hormone imbalance.
