Hello,

Its good to know that you are happy with your life. Body ache, headache and a nervous stomach commonly occurs due to over exertion, exhaustion, lack of adequate sleep, dehydration, acid reflux, migraine, tension headache, etc. You are suggested to take rest for a few days. If possible take leave from work for a day or two or take breaks between work to refresh yourself with nutritious snacks or beverage.

Stay well hydrated, sodium and potassium depletion may cause such symptoms. Take electrol, ORS, soups, juice to maintain your body electrolyte system. Avoid addictions if any. Take home made balanced food rich in minerals and vitamins. Take well cooked whole cereals. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and take adequate rest. Avoid food that is oily or spicy. Take food in time. For relief you can take antacids and PPIs, acetaminophen or Combiflam, one SOS when required. Pain relieving ointments and massage may be helpful.

Medical conditions that may cause such symptoms are migraine, developing common cold, fibromyalgia, GERD, IBS, developing ulcer, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined and get blood tests, urinalysis and imaging tests done if the symptoms are persisting to detect the pathology causing discomfort. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
