hi this can be folliculitis. I would recommend you one to get your sugar levels tested and secondly apply t bact ointment locally thrice daily for a week and take tab seratipeptidase to reduce the inflammation twice daily . also use a new razor every time you shave and wear loose cotton undergarments . use a perineal wash containing lactacyd for personal hygiene . all the best take care .
