What Causes Boil On Groin Area That Is Bleeding?

I have a boil on my groin area that just popped. I have had these before and am quite adept at caring for them afterwards but while I was evacuating this boil I noticed that it makes a hissing sound as I apply downward pressure around it and the blood that is evacuating seems to have bubble in it as if air is being forced through it.

Hi,

You seem to have pyoderma in groin area. It is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococci. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and investigations. DM,HIV,anaemia, nutritional deficiencies, internal diseases may be ruled out. Antibiotics like cefixime and antiinflammatory drugs like nimesulde may be taken for 1 to 2 weeks. Immunoboosters may may be taken to improve immunity. Hygiene should be improved to prevent relapse. Dettol bath may be taken to improve hygiene. I think you might get good result. I hope you hot my answer.

Thanks.
