Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your concern is simple furuncle. Dehydration is the root cause.

You can try T-Bact ointment twice daily on the affected area and plan for pus culture and sensitivity for using appropriate oral antibiotics, this may help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sandeep Golla
