What Causes Boil On Upper Back Area Draining Fluid?

i have a boil that has been draining since sat evening the area is on my upper back thigh area near my buttocks i have been cleaning it 3 x daily and changing the gauze alot like every time i use the bathroom gauze is always full my question is 1) why does it smell so bad 2) i have also developed a pretty bad headache and neck stiffness and low grade fever is this normal with the drainage

Its a bacterial infection. You should be antibiotics for this to resolve. Get it checked by a dermatologist so that he/she may give you appropriate antibiotics. TIll that time use mupirocin skin ointment 3-4 times in a day . Also get your blood sugar levels checked.
