What Causes Boils In The Groin Area?

Hello!

First off,I have no med insurance. I have not consulted with a physician. I've been having boils and carbuncles (self dx) in my groin and axillary areas. They are mostly clogged pores and ingrown hairs. I can squeeze "oil balls" out of them with the hairs, but some have pus and are inflamed. I use expensive antibacterial soap and shower daily. There is no way it is a hygiene issue. This problem still persists. I haven't been febrile so I don't suspect staph. Could I be wrong Please advise.
