I have been in a loveless marriage forf the pass 24 years and my only two children who are 23 and 25yra. of age have disabilities. My daughter and son are both socially inept due to autism and depression caused by fears, They are not able to perform regular chores and need daily reminders regarding hygeine. We have no insurance my daughter refuses to see a Der. for her problem of shutting everyone out. My husband wants me to work because we have to feed and care for two grown children. For the past two months I have had bouts of lightheadedness. I stil function driving to do errands. I get stressed easily is that what is causing my light headedness. I think I eat enough. We only eat meat on weekends. I use blackbeeans and vegggies during the week.
Do yoga, regular exercise. Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Use tablet Diligan. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
