What Causes Bowel Incontinence With Clear Mucous?

i am 27 years old, i weigth a little over 205 at 6`2". as a kid, about 8, 9, 10, i used to get constipated a lot. before that i you to a get "tiny worms" within the rectum. over the past few years about several weeks to several months my feces would have very little to no solids with clear mucus and almost uncontrollable bowels. this happened twice over the last two weeks an would last a couple of days, except with another problem an excessive amount of water and visit to the bathroom.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
27 year is an young age to have cancer which also can give symptoms of uncontrollable bowel movements and mucus in particular.
Hence the cause of having such a problem is most probably procto-colitis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all consult your Family Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination, some investigations like that of stool and blood and have preliminary treatment with Metronidazole and so on.
If this does not control the problem, you may need an opinion of a Gastroenterologist, colonoscopy and biopsy and further tests as may be needed.
This will give the most proper diagnosis and appropriate management.
Till then take probiotics, home-made fresh foods, boiled and cooled water.
