Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of bloating, gases, passage of small bowel movement on urination, feels like acidic fluid is coming out, causing burning sensation. The most probable causes are: - Intestinal infection with mucus secretion. Allows leakage as the mucus is slimy hence easily pass out even on small straining. I would advise you the following. Send the stool for tests and also the blood and urine. A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole may help to get a cure. If there is not much of a response, you may need further studies of colonoscopy, CT scan of whole abdomen. Further management will depend upon the clinical evaluation, examination and investigations.
