What Causes Bowel Movement With Nausea And Dry Mouth?

I am a 20 year old female. All of a sudden i felt like i had to vomit and have a bowel movement at the same time. I used the bathroom     , after i still felt like i needed to vomit i also felt like i had 8 short hot flashes in just a few min. And i had a dry mouth. 10 min later i was totally fine!! ... help??

Welcome to HCM.
In a young woman pregnancy is the number one cause of nausea and vomiting and has to be strongly considered.
If you are sure that you are not pregnant, your symptoms could have been caused by something you ate, or a brief bowel contractions.
Hot flashes usually are a symptom of menopause but at the age of 20 you are very unlikely to be experiencing a premature menopause.
If your symptoms do not come back there is no reason to worry.
