What Causes Bowel Movements Trouble With Less Stool, Cramping And Flatulence?

Hello, Lately I ve been having trouble having bowel movements. Usually it ends up in small swirly looking pieces. I m also having cramping and a lot of gas. I ve tried some laxatives and such but to no avail nothing was fixed. Its almost like my body is not producing any stool from all the food I ve been eating. What could it be?

Hello,

You may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with constipation.

Use tablet pantoprazole.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Eat high fibre diet and drink plenty of water.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
