What Causes Brain Swelling With Headaches And Normal CAT Scan?

I sustained a concussion last year. My brain was swollen to the point of my left eye protruding out a little. I had a cat scan done they say nothing is unusual. However my headaches are still constant especially when I wake in the morning. What do you think?
