Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For some individuals, frenulum is very thin and when it breaks, leads to bleeding. Next time also, you may face the same problem.

Effective treatment is removal of foreskin (circumcision). My suggestion is please consult general surgeon for more suggestions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
