Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bumps on your face . Well there can be many reasons for bumps on face like hives , allergic aczema , hormonal changes and due to over sun exposure . I your case it seems to me that you are getting bumps on your face from particular cosmetic product that is used by you or your friend . I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to your face to reduce inflammation and itching , take anti histamine like benadryl and stop using any cosmetic product your are currently using . If condition doesn't get better with time then consult dermatologist for proper examination .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
