What Causes Breast Discharges With Pain?
I am 33yrs old. I have 3 children and have my tubes tied. Earlier today I have a oily leakage from my breast it was a lot. It went through my bra and covered a big part of my shirt. Days before I did have some pain close to my armpit but it didn t give it much attention cause it was only when I moved. What could this be? Should I be concerned. I am not on any medication or birth control.

The discharge from breast can be because of increase in hormone called prolactin.
And swelling in axilla is actually due to extension of breast tissue in axilla.
Consult doctor as you may require evaluation for increase in prolactin.
