What Causes Breast Heaviness Before Periods And Suggest Treatments?

sir or mam, hello ! I m 37 year old 2 kids mother. I am suffering from sever heavyness in my breasts 15 days before my periods. I feel pain too even with touch. I took harmonal treatment for many months but result was almost same. Tell me why this happen, what are the treatments????

Breast tenderness before onset of periods is called mastalgia. However, mastalgia occurs few days before periods. Breast tenderness 15 days prior may be due to some other problem like fibrocystic disease. I suggest you to consult a surgeon for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
