What Causes Breast Pain After An Injury?

hi I fell of my horse last week and landed on my breasts. apart from other injuries that were checked at the hospital they have said they are just bruised from the fall. but the left breast is still really painful when I cough, or move. I am a bit worried that I might have done something that was not noticed when I visited the hospital.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Injury to the breast leads to injury and inflammation of the fat content of the breast.
This leads to fat necrosis and this causes a lot of pain and swelling.
However, this fat necrosis gradually subside on its own and there is nothing much to do in it.
Isuggest you not to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
