What Causes Breast Swelling, Tenderness And Pain With Arm Pain?

Hi. I am a cna in long term care. i am in my early forties. I am used to in home care and since i started long term care my left breast stays swollen , tender, and mildly hurts from side to nipple. I was hurting down my left side and under my left arm. My side doesnt hurt now but my breast does daily and my arm sometimes. Is these signs of breast cancer?

Probably you are having starting of a menopause, but still my advice to get 1 mammogram as a base line.
