What Causes Breast Tenderness After Taking Postinor 2?

My friend took postinor 2 tablet on july 25... On august 3 she saw a little blood wen she went to the bathroom, it was a brown-ish colour. The bleeding lasted for 5 days.. And now she is experiencing breast tenderness.. She took a pregnancy test a hour ago and it came up negative. She is quite confuse right now. Could you explain what is happening please?

Understand your concern
Breast tenderness is due to high progesterone in the postinor 2.
So it is side effect of postinor 2.
Bleeding is progesterone withdrawal bleeding.
You have to do pregnancy test when you period will be delayed by 12-14 days as postinor itself cause delayed in period by 7-10 days.(failure rate around 5 percent if taken with in 24 hour of sex)
If you will become pregnant then still you can abort the pregnancy up to 9 week under the advice of gynecologist.
Avoid stress, do gentle massage to breast and eat healthy diet.
