ok my husband and I have been wanting to get pregnant. I had an IUD in after my last one which was 5 years ago. I got it taken out 2 years ago this last August. I normally have very heavy and on time periods with a lot of cramping. a week after my period my breasts will get tender and stay that way until I start again. Last month I was late 2 days and this month I was late 3 days. the breast tenderness started a day before I started and all it has been is very light. But bright red. I am very tired all the time, I feel nausea and low back ache. I did get cramping starting a week and a half ago and yeah. What could be the problem
