What Causes Breast Tenderness , Cough And Female Urethral Syndrome?

Hi, I'm 20 years old, female and due for my menstrual cycle to start. However, I've been experiencing breast tenderness and whenever I cough, I experience a sharp pain in my uterine area. Is this a symptom of pregnancy?
I am sexually active and my boyfriend and I use withdrawl as our method of contraception.

Hi,
I understand your query.
- Breast tenderness is a known premenstrual symptom. If you did not have such symptom before, the breast tenderness can be considered as probable sign of pregnancy. The pain in abdomen after coughing is due to momentary increased abdominal pressure & sretch to uterus - observed with
- prolonged bouts of cough/ The condition like PCOD-/ early pregnancy.
- Pre cum can cause pregnancy-even the ejaculation is outside the vagina.
- So both the symptoms can be regarded as possible signs of pregnancy BUT cofirmatary sign is pregnancy test.( Blood test around expected date of menses/ UPT after 8-10 days delay in periods.
