What Causes Breast Tenderness With History Of Partial Hysterectomy?

I had partial historectomy at ae 37 and I still have my overies. For some reason the last year or two I am experience breast tenderness I am now 67 years of age. I have had mammogram and it is negative last year and this year. What could possible be the problem now?

if the breast tenderness is cyclic, meaning that it comes and goes every month, then it may just be period related pain. you can still have cycles if you still have ovaries, even if you don't have a uterus and don't bleed anymore. however, if the pain is steady or constant or does not correspond with any cyclic pattern, you should see your doctor. most causes of breastbone are benign like trauma, benign breast cysts, hormonal causes, bad support from your bra, or other things, but you should have it checked out.
