What Causes Breathelessness And Frequent Bowel Movement When Suffering From Spondylitis?

I have spondylitis in my neck caused by extensive radiotherapy many years ago I HAVE HEART PROBLEMS EG STENT 8YEARS AGO NOW ARTERIAL FILIBRATION AND NOW BECOMING BREATHLESS BECAUSE OF HEART VALVE FAILINGS WHICH WILL REQUIRE REPLACEMENT.MY CONCERN IS A CONTINUAL MOVEMENT IN MY STOOLS 3-4 TIMES GENERALLY LOOSE AND AFTER EATING.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THESE MOVEMENTS ARE RELATED TO HEART AND SPONDILITIS PROBLEMS OTHERWISE I FEEL OK EXCEPT BREATHLESS AND WALK SLOWLY AND NOT CAPABLE OF ANY LIFTING DUE TO HEART

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of heart ailments and stenting, atrial fibrillation and now becoming breathless due to failing hear valve which needs replacement.
You also have cervical spondilitis due to extensive radiotherapy many years ago.

your main concern here at the moment is to know whether your intestinal conditions of having stools 3-4 times a day particularly after food.
This is not related to the problems of sponditilitis or heart conditions.
This needs special care and investigations of stool, blood and urine; ultrasonography and colonoscopy and if something positive has been found get treated accordingly.
You may need a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole a long term probiotic.
If all the tests are negative the possibility goes in favor of IBS, that is irritable bowel syndrome and should get treated accordingly.
