Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be due to GERD (heartburn), Food allergies, IBS, developing Asthma/COPD or gallstones. It looks like GERD, take Antacid, H2 receptor blockers, Proton Pump Inhibitors. If it does not help you can visit a PCP or Gastroenterologist to screen out factors causing such discomfort. Do regular exercises, maintain weight. Take healthy diet include fiber, stay away from addictions & junk food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
