hello doctor, recently i have noticed i have become quite clumsy and bruise very easily, i also have difficulty with my breathing having to catch my breath when slight exhersion like walking to a shop nearby, i suffer with pain in my head which is quite frequent. Apart from these symtoms i also have bouts of diorehea which have become intense also causing pain in my stomach before defication and then explosive defication and very smelly doesnt seem to matter what food i have eaten i also pass wind a lot and is very smelly, all these symtoms have happened since a sevear concusion in January
