What Causes Breathing Problems And Pain Under My Rib Cage?

Hello,
yesturday I started to have problems breathing and pain on the right side located upper right side of chest and under rib cage. I am having problems moving in different positions. Did you do much other than clean house yesturday no strenous excercise was done.

Thanks for your query.
Differential diagnoses of your pain will be GERD and pleuritic chest pain. You should have paracetamol 650 mg tablet thrice daily for 3 days and pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily before food for 1 month along with life style modification. If pain is not subsided with thses then you should go for ECG and chest X-ray initially and further investigations if those two investigations remain unyielding.
