What Causes Breathing Problems And Tightness In Chest?

I ve been having breathing problems for the last 4-5 days and feeling weak and having problems sleeping due to the difficulty with my breathing. If I walk up a single flight of stairs I m drained of energy and completely out of breathe and my chest feels tight ?

1 Acute coronary syndrome & heart failure
2 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
3 Asthma
4 Pneumonia
5 Pulmonary embolism
6 Anaemia
7 Other less common diseases like cardiac tamponade, anaphylaxis, interstitial lung disease, panic attacks.
You should visit a cardiologist or bronchologist (chest specialist)
