I have a breatheing sound in my ear and its only if I turn my head a certain way or lean forward... I have been to the doctor and first one told me to take zyetec and the next one wrote out some steroids the steroids helped with I took them but as soon as I quit taken them it started back.... please help

As you had noticed some relief with oral steroids, it would be wiser to use a safer version of steroid, i.e. intranasal steroid spray. Do steam inhalation and drink plenty of warm water. Avoid smoking, chilled food and beverages and smoking.
