What Causes Breathing Trouble In Elderly?

I am 63 yrs old having pleural effusion which has been drained out but still have breathing trouble.Also diabitic, heart and kidney medicine taking.The doctor says fluid report is not definite about TB but is is save to start medicine forecox tb medicine.please give ur opinion.

Your exact pleural fluid reports along with all other reports are required. Based on the info you have submitted, it is difficult to arrive at a diagnosis right now but yes tb is a common cause of pleural effusion in India. An evaluation with a chest physician is required.
