I have twice in the space of 2 weeks developed short term breathing difficulties twice. Both events have happened while exercising (exherting in a different sport - mountain biking - but no less than previous other sports). Result is gasping for breath, feeling throat restriction and wheasing. Within minute or two of focus then appear to calm and regain breath. Never had anything like this before. Partner thinks work/stress related. Work stress is high but never had.anything like this physically. Any thoughts welcome.
