What Causes Breathlessness, Chest Pain And Fatigue While On Pacemaker For Brady S?
I have a pace maker for Brady s. A cardiologist and electro physiologist have told me I have a strong heat. My present symptoms are being out of breath occasional chest pain, difficulty breathing headache, and extreme fatigue with weakness doe my arms and Leah s. A heart condition has been ruled out. My cardiologist told me the lung was involved and I should have exercise daily and rest. I have not been given a diagnosis but I believe it MAA be pulmonary hypertension. I am 78 years old. Should I see a pulmonologist?

Hi Even thouh you may have pumonary hypertension, there is nothing special that can be done apart from medical management at this age.
If the doctor has asked you for pulmonary exercises, then it can be either collapse or consolidation or some lung infection, which is gradually healing
Your symptoms of giddiness, shortness of breath, easy fatiguebility are both cardio-pulmonary interrelated.
Taking an opinion from pulmonologist is for your self satisfaction, you can go ahead with that.
Extreme bradycardia can also cause these symptoms, due to inadequate circulation of the blood. All the best Take care
