i just did something that took my breath, felt like I couldn t breath from the pain. pain is located just under my bra area and hurts in my back area above my bra. I was helping hold up a kayak over my head while my husband elevated it up with rope. It hurts to twist. no pain when I push in the area in front of my chest under the bra, but my back feels it. should I go to the Emergency room? I feel like maybe its a broken rib?
