What Causes Brown Colored Watery Stools Along With Stomach Discomforts?

Hi for a long time now for what seems like no reason at all when i go to the toilet it's quite hard to go to the toilt but not constepation, as it comes out very runny and light brown colour. I often get a churny feeling in my stomach before and after and seem to go through periods of very smelly farts and very often....sorry to be so crude :s...what could this be?
